With over three decades of marketing experience, a decade of which working in a leading agency in London’s Fleet Street, Paul has helped launched brands like Cineworld and 118 118 to the UK and has worked with technology, leisure, FMCG and Public Sector clients.
Opening the doors of Bath Marketing Consultancy in 2009, his role within BMC is to work directly with clients using his considerable business acumen and wealth of marketing know-how to strengthen and develop the strategic marketing of organisations both locally and nationally.
A digital marketing, UX and organic SEO specialist, Paul’s objective has always been to combine expert strategic marketing with the delivery of the full suite of marketing initiatives adding real value to the marketing process at each stage.
Felix is a Google ads (Pay-Per-Click) Specialist with over 15 years’ of experience working in paid digital ads and the Google network of platforms. Partnering BMC for over a decade, he is an expert in setting up and managing advertising campaigns specifically, on the Google Search, Display, Merchant and Youtube networks
With key skills in keyword research, campaign structuring and lead generation, Felix works is an integral part of the digital marketing team and creates high performing online paid campaigns that drive targeted traffic to generate quality leads for BMC’s local, national and international clients.
Felix emphasises on understanding unique business goals of each client to create tailor made campaigns that prioritises ROI while minimising ad spend waste. His core skills include keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management and data analysis.
Rahul is an experienced professional with over 20 years’ expertise in software development, digital marketing, and app development. As a key member of the BMC team for more than a decade, he has applied his technical knowledge and leadership to the creation of high-performance websites and applications that support business growth and enhance customer engagement.
His broad skill set includes proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks, such as HTML5, CSS, Ajax, PHP, WordPress, and Python. With a strong emphasis on optimising user experiences and driving conversion strategies, Rahul has successfully delivered innovative digital solutions across a range of industries. His expertise in app development and team management has also been instrumental in launching cutting-edge mobile apps and user-friendly websites.

Alex and Tasha have worked in the film and television industry for many years and are hugely experienced in taking an idea from concept to finished film. Kate has been part of the BMC team for 10 years running all administration and invoicing. Graduating from Plymouth in 1994 with a BA degree in Recreation and Sports Management, Kate spent a number of years in London in the Recruitment Industry moving to the Cotswolds in 2000 where she worked for Group 4 Securities, The Royal Shakespeare Company and Liggins Thomas as Office Manager.
Kate’s role within Bath Marketing Consultancy is a pivotal one as she works directly with BMC’s accountant as well as the finance contacts of the clients BMC works with.
Harry is an Email Marketing Specialist with extensive experience in crafting high-performing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue. With a background working with B2B & B2C brands, SaaS businesses, and agencies, helping them optimise their email strategies for maximum impact.
An expert in automation, segmentation, and deliverability, Harry specialises in building personalised email journeys that convert. From welcome sequences and lead nurturing campaigns to re-engagement and promotional emails, he ensures that every email adds value.
