Lilley’s approached a number of marketing agencies as they were looking for a one-stop-shop type of agency to firstly look at current marketing and bring all their marketing activity into line.
They were also wanting an agency with digital expertise to consult, advice and implement their digital marketing strategies, focussing on Google and how to generate more direct sales.
What we did
Following an in depth meeting with Chris and Marc Lilley, we did a full SWOT analysis on their brand, website and marketing material. We developed a number of concepts for the brand and flowed the ideas through core marketing channels to show roll out. One route in particular worked very well and we worked closely with Lilley’s and their e-commerce agency in Devon to design a stunning new website.
We also designed their box packaging and configured over 110 ad campaigns across the Google Search network yielding a return of £12.50 for every £1 spent. Consulting and developing Lilley’s e marketing strategy, Lilley’s have increased domestic and gift sales of their products during a very difficult time for the sector.
Coming out of lockdown in 2021, we worked with Lilley’s on a dedicated direct marketing campaign across the UK.
