Diamond Home Services

Our Brief

BMC has worked with the management team at Diamond Home Services on their marketing since 2014 and this is the third version of their website. A leading domestic and commercial cleaning company in Somerset, Diamond’s primary source of new client acquisition comes from their excellent repuation and word of mouth and the company therefore, relies on their website as a place for prospective clients to conduct due dillegence. Our task was primarily design lead as the previous website started to show its age and looked dated. Diamond had also relocated, so Google Business needed updating and we needed to re work some of the organic SEO. (please click here if you would like a FREE website audit).

What We Did

Following a full audit of the existing website which included a review of analytics to establish which pages attracted the most traffic and highest engagement, we conducted a SWOT analysis and proposed the updates below.

SEO & Local Reach
• Create region-specific service pages (“Cleaning Frome”, etc.) to improve local visibility. • Re Optimise meta titles, headers, internal links around cleaning + Somerset keywords. • Leverage Google My Business and reviews to improve local search presence.

Content Marketing
• Launch a blog with useful cleaning tips, holiday-let advice, second-home care.
• Create case studies and detailed service benefits to engage prospects.

UX & Conversion
• Add prominent CTAs (“Get a Quote”, “Enquire Now”) with trust elements (testimonials, pricing). • Enhance mobile UX with click-to-call, fast loading, and clear service presentation.

Design Update
• Refresh visual hierarchy, use imagery to reflect services (e.g. clean interiors, team). • Improve navigation and form usability on both desktop and mobile.
Social Proof & Trust
• Showcase client reviews on homepage, add logos or associations.
• Feature any industry recognition or strong testimonials prominently.

The Result

Within a matter of weeks, BMC re designed the website in Elementor and now, Diamond Home Services has a modern looking website with an improved UX which has already seen an increase in engagement across the core pages and received a number of quality enquiries.
