Comprehensive Marketing Audit:
We began with an in-depth audit of Pietra’s existing marketing channels, identifying key areas for improvement across their website, SEO performance, social media presence, and advertising efforts. This laid the foundation for a cohesive and results-driven marketing strategy.
Website Rebuilds and Optimisation:
Starting with a complete rebuild of Pietra’s website in WordPress, we introduced dedicated galleries to showcase their bespoke flooring solutions. Over the last five years, BMC has designed and launched three iterations of Pietra’s website, each improving UX design, organic SEO performance, and overall customer experience.
BMC also introduced a dedicated Insights area (blog) to provide valuable content, enhancing user engagement and supporting organic search rankings.
Implemented advanced SEO techniques, including keyword targeting and schema markup, to optimise visibility in search engines.
Advertising Strategy:
We redesigned local advertising campaigns to align with Pietra’s brand identity and introduced targeted lifestyle and trade press ads. Additionally, we developed and managed paid Google Ads campaigns across both search and display networks, driving high-quality leads to their showrooms and website.
Content Creation and Email Marketing:
To support ongoing customer engagement, we developed an email marketing strategy focused on tailored campaigns. These campaigns highlight new product launches, special promotions, and Pietra’s permanent exhibition at the NSBRC in Swindon.
