In May 2024, IMSL approached to BMC with the intent of appointing a new marketing partner capable of conducting a comprehensive audit of their brand and digital marketing strategies. Recognising the critical need for a strategic overhaul, IMSL shortlisted three agencies, including BMC, to receive their detailed written brief. This brief outlined several core objectives, including the enhancement of their website’s user experience (UX), the expansion of their digital footprint through improved Google search rankings, and a significant increase in course bookings. Additionally, IMSL sought creative input on refreshing their brand identity and refining their overall brand positioning to better resonate with their target audience. BMC was selected for its technical expertise and strategic insight, making us the ideal partner to drive these initiatives forward.
