Our Brief

In May 2024, IMSL approached to BMC with the intent of appointing a new marketing partner capable of conducting a comprehensive audit of their brand and digital marketing strategies. Recognising the critical need for a strategic overhaul, IMSL shortlisted three agencies, including BMC, to receive their detailed written brief. This brief outlined several core objectives, including the enhancement of their website’s user experience (UX), the expansion of their digital footprint through improved Google search rankings, and a significant increase in course bookings. Additionally, IMSL sought creative input on refreshing their brand identity and refining their overall brand positioning to better resonate with their target audience. What We Did

Objective:
To modernise IMSL’s brand identity and website, enhancing the user experience, boosting engagement, and significantly improving search engine visibility, with a specific focus on their OSINT and intelligence service offerings.

    Leveraging our expertise in digital transformation, we began by seamlessly migrating the existing IMSL website to our development environment. We then meticulously designed a new, technically sophisticated theme, focused on elevating the user experience. This redesign was not only visually compelling but also engineered to maximise user engagement, increasing both time on site and interaction rates.
  2. AI-Powered Search Engine Optimisation:
    Employing our proprietary AI-driven market analysis tools, we performed a comprehensive SEO overhaul of the IMSL website. We strategically re-optimised the site to target high-value keywords such as “OSINT,” ensuring that the site ranks prominently in search results.   3. Content Optimisation for Search Algorithms:

  5. Brand Identity Modernisation:
    Recognising that IMSL’s existing logo and branding were outdated, we initiated a complete brand overhaul. Our design team developed seven modern concepts, each featuring new graphics, color schemes, and refined accents. We also introduced a new strapline that succinctly captured IMSL’s value proposition. After presenting the concepts, we refined two standout options, ultimately arriving at a refreshed brand identity that truly reflects IMSL’s market positioning. The corporate style guide we created ensures consistency across all marketing channels, reinforcing IMSL’s brand at every customer touchpoint.

The Result

Through our comprehensive and technically advanced approach, we successfully revitalised IMSL’s online presence and brand identity. The new website and branding not only resonate with their target audience but also position IMSL as a front-runner in the OSINT and intelligence services industry.
